RFYBS Annual Meeting

RFYBS families,

 

As the little league season officially comes to an end, the RFYBS board would like to invite you to attend the annual year end meeting, which will be held virtually on October 15th at 7: 30 (link to virtual meeting can be found at the end of this email).

 

The purpose of the meeting is to provide updates on all of the exciting happenings within the program as well as to elect new board members for the upcoming years.

 

In total, there are seven board positions each with a three-year term, with the following five positions openings up for election this session (with terms running from 2026 thru 2028):

 

  • President

  • Vice President of Baseball

  • Vice President of Softball

  • Treasurer

  • Voting Board Member

 

The role and responsibility of a voting board member is to attend all board meetings (monthly), vote on critical board decisions, and provide leadership across the various functions of the program. If you wish to nominate yourself for one of the open positions or have questions about the role, please send an email to [email protected] and [email protected] no later than October 10th.

 

Separate from the elected board positions, the program relies on volunteers to manage other critical aspects of the operation. If you are not interested in formally joining the board, but are interested in helping with one of the following tasks within our program, please email [email protected] and [email protected] at your convenience.

  • Sponsorship

  • Equipment

  • Uniforms and trophies

  • Website and social media

  • Events and fundraising
